Fittonia Technologies offers software development, IoT, cloud, analytics, and digital marketing services. This policy details when refunds or cancellations are eligible and how to request them.
2. Software & IoT Services
- Cancellation Before Kickoff: Full refund of deposit if canceled within 7 business days of agreement signing, provided no development work has started.

Cancellation After Work Begins:
- 50% of remaining fees refundable if canceled before 50% project completion.
- No refund after 50% completion milestone.
- Force Majeure: For events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters), services may be rescheduled or prorated refund issued.
3. Cloud & Analytics Services
- Migration Services: Full refund if canceled within 5 business days of project start.
- Ongoing Analytics: Monthly subscription refunds prorated if canceled before mid‐billing cycle.
4. Digital Marketing
- Ad Spend: All ad platform charges are non‑refundable once spent.

5. How to Request
To request a refund, please:
- Email refund@fittoniatech.com with your project ID or invoice number.
- Describe the reason for cancellation.
- Indicate preferred refund method (bank transfer or credit reversal).
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt of request and any deliverables returned. Refunds are issued via original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
7. Policy Updates
Fittonia may update this policy periodically. A “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
